The lamp sits on the table as warm ambient lighting. When a guest wants service they flip it, the lamp changes colour, and your team can see from across the room which table needs attention. No app or setup is needed for guests. A full charge takes about an hour over USB-C and gives 10 to 15 hours of light, so one charge covers a full day of service.

Two styles of the same lamp: a chrome finish, and a wood veneer finish that comes in light or dark. Every finish flips to signal in exactly the same way. Wood veneer, light or dark, is $60 per lamp, dropping to $55 at 20 lamps and $50 at 30 or more. Chrome is $70 per lamp. You can choose your finish when you add lamps to your cart.

Upright, the lamp gives off a warm white glow for atmosphere. When a guest flips it, the light moves into colour, changing softly from one shade to the next, so it catches your team’s eye without being harsh on the room.

If you change your mind, contact us within 30 days of delivery on 0425 219 918 or at info@lightflip.com.au and we’ll explain how to return the goods. Light Flip pays the return shipping. The lamps and their boxes must be returned undamaged. Refunds are processed within 30 days.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this policy. If a product has a major fault, you’re entitled to a replacement or refund, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You’re also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

1. About these terms. These terms apply to purchases made from Light Flip (ABN 70 617 394 883), based in Sydney, NSW. By placing an order you agree to them.
2. Products. We try to describe and show our products accurately. Images are illustrative, and colours may appear differently on different screens.
3. Prices and payment. Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are charged per lamp. Shipping is free. Wood veneer finish: $60 each for 15 lamps, $55 each for 20 lamps, and $50 each for 30 or more. Chrome finish: $70 each. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. We may cancel and refund an order if a pricing or stock error occurred.
4. Orders. The minimum order is 15 lamps. An order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example where stock is unavailable, and will refund you in full if we do.
5. Delivery. Shipping is free on all orders. Orders typically arrive in around 20 days from dispatch or order. This is an estimate only. Delays can occur due to courier or customs conditions outside our control. Please ensure your delivery address is correct, as we may not be able to change it once the order is processed.
6. Returns, refunds and consumer guarantees. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights. Our returns policy is set out above.
7. Warranty. Lamps are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery against faults in materials and workmanship. To make a claim, contact us with your order number and a description of the fault. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents or normal wear. Faulty lamps are replaced, and Light Flip pays the postage both ways.
8. Use of products. The lamps are intended for indoor hospitality use. Use and charge them as described in the instructions. Don’t submerge them in water.
9. Intellectual property. The content on this site, including text, images and branding, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without permission.
10. Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that can’t be excluded by law.
11. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the courts of that state have jurisdiction.
